Biarritz lounges on the beach at the epicenter of Europe’s Basque country at the end of the Pyrenees with one foot in France and the other in the ocean. It is one of the better spots to sun and feast.
It has the aging feeling of an amusement park for the wealthy. The beaches call everyone of all different shapes and sizes to throw off all their clothes and “basque” in the sun.
This might be the best place to do nothing. It might be the perfect vacation spot.
